Tallula Galea

Oral Health Therapist

Hi!

My name’s Tallula and I grew up regionally in central Victoria. I’ve moved over to Tassie to experience all that it has to offer.

I love being an oral health therapist because it allows me to care and treat a diverse range of people. I am honoured to have the opportunity to familiarise children with the dentist and create positive, fun memories that will translate into adulthood. My focus is on treating teeth and gums and working with patients to create achievable goals for a healthy bright smile. I believe that oral health and systemic health are interrelated.

I completed my Bachelor of Oral Health degree at Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga. During my studies, I rotated through regional clinics such as Wagga Wagga & Wangaratta. Prior to the completion of my degree, I worked as a dental assistant for 6 years, which allows me to apply a plethora of techniques whilst in my care.

I have a pup called Ollie who is a chocolate Border collie. In my spare time, I practise yoga and also have my 350hr yoga teacher training certificate.
